I want post GIF in Facebook, but Facebook blocked the GIF pictures, even if you upload an image format GIF on Facebook, it will only show you a still image.
So How To Send Animated GIF in Facebook ?

Second : Copy the code (only copy from <img src=.. a> )

Third : Go to your Facebook notes and creat a new note (name it any thing you want), paste the code in the note and save it.

Fourth : Go to that note click share in a private message, Enter the name of your friend and Send Animated GIF in Facebook ...

With all the animated GIF files running the page loaded very slow.  so You can not browse the site comfortably!
But if you  are having Great Internet Speed then, you will get more interest in animated GIF in facebook. why? If you are sharing videos in facebook then no one is interested to watch that video because there are couple of reasons such as; It wants more internet speed and slows down the other surfing. and we are always bored to watch that 2 to 5 minutes videos and we always ignores to watch that video.

The other thing, why does facebook support animated gifs:
As per my point of view this is due to the way that Facebook caches images. Basically, it reduces load on their servers. There are a lot of discussions on the web about how this might be solved, but any such method is almost certainly against the terms of service of Facebook.
